9) I’m going to the shop so i’ll get something there
10) I have a sensative digestive system so some foods make me ill
11) I don’t like that certain food
12) Toothe ache
13) Sore throat
14) I’ll eat something later
15) I bit my tongue by accident and it hurts
16) You ate with someone else
17) You need to finish your homework
18) You need to study
Other methods for not eating:
(This is what i personally do)
1) Take food up to room (Say you’re watching a film) and leave it a while, and sneak down later on and hide it in the bin.
2) If it isn’t possible to sneak down, try having a bin or carrier bag in your room to put it in, then dispose of it later in bin.
3) Or you could take some time foil up (the kind used to cover food over) and hide it in that, then get rid of it.

Saunas/sitting in a hot shower burns a hell of a lot of calories. Due to the hot temperate, your body is working harder by making your heart beat faster, causing you to sweat, leading to water weight loss. In 30 minutes a person, on average, can lose up to 300-500 calories! Just by sitting still. I love doing this post-binge because it helps me feel refreshed and ready to try again the next day

Im starting the ‘lose 20 pounds in 20 days challenge’ where you eat 500 calories a day and exercise atleast 30mins excluding walking. Who’s with me?
